Refund Policy

We want you to love our software. If you don’t, you can have your money back.

1. 14 days, no questions asked

1. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. You don’t have to give a reason.
2. This applies to every product bought on https://alteredlabs.net, including bundles and discounted orders.
3. We refund the amount you actually paid, including tax.

2. How to ask

Use either option. Include your order number or the email address you used to buy.

• Email us at [email protected]; or
• use the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or go to Lemon Squeezy My Orders.

Your request counts as on time if you send it within the 14 days.

3. What happens next

1. Lemon Squeezy LLC is our reseller and the Merchant of Record. It took your payment, so it pays your refund to your original payment method.
2. The refund is issued within 14 days of your request, and normally much faster. Your bank may need a few more days to show it.
3. You don’t pay any fees for the refund.

4. Your license key is revoked

When we refund an order, every license key from that order is permanently revoked. The software stops working with those keys and they can’t be activated again. Please stop using the software and delete it.

If you refund one item from a bundle, we refund the whole bundle and revoke all of its keys. If you want to keep some items, you can buy them again separately.

5. After 14 days

1. After 14 days, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind.
2. If the software is faulty or not as described, you keep your legal rights at any time. Contact [email protected]. We will try to fix the problem first. If we can’t, you may be entitled to a price reduction or a refund. See our Terms of Sale & Use.

6. EU and UK consumers: your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, the law may give you a right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the purchase date.

For digital content, this right can end once the download or activation starts, if you agreed to immediate delivery and confirmed that you would lose the right (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; in the UK, regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

You lose nothing either way. Our 14-day, no-questions refund (section 1) is a voluntary guarantee that is at least as generous as the legal right:

• If your legal right of withdrawal applies, you can use it within 14 days of the purchase date. We refund you in full, within 14 days, to the original payment method. Section 4 applies.
• If your legal right of withdrawal ended because delivery started, our guarantee still gives you a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement (for example, an email to [email protected]). You can use the model form below, but you don’t have to.

7. About this guarantee

• The guarantee is given by Altered Labs, and refunds are paid through Lemon Squeezy.
• It applies worldwide to purchases made on https://alteredlabs.net.
• It lasts 14 days from the purchase date.
• It is in addition to your legal rights and does not affect them.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before you open a dispute with your bank. A refund from us is faster. If a payment is reversed through a chargeback, the license keys for that order are revoked.

9. iOS and iPadOS apps

Apps bought on the Apple App Store can only be refunded by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple’s refund policy applies.
