Where is my license key?
In your order email, and in your account on this site (sign in with the email you bought with). Paste it into the app on first launch.
How many computers can I use?
Each license activates on 3 computers. To move it, deactivate it in the app, or free that computer from your account.
Refunds?
Within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked: use the Refund button in your account, or contact us. The license key is revoked when the refund is issued.
I am an EU business. Can I remove VAT?
Yes. Enter your VAT ID at checkout and VAT is removed under the reverse-charge rule.
iPhone and iPad?
The iOS and iPadOS versions are sold on the App Store. Apple handles those purchases and refunds.
